4 Ways to Improve Skin

Even the day before an important event your face becomes red or you’ve got a pimple, there is no cause for panic. The situation can be corrected, even if you have a few hours in reserve.

1. Mint
If you have just noticed the inflamation, in order to stop ti, you would need yo make a mint lotion:
2 tablespoons of dried mint leaves fill with the 0.5 liters of water, boil for 5-10 minutes, strain. Then add 4 teaspoons of boron alcohol, 2 tablespoons of calendula and a teaspoon of a lemon juice. Wipe face with the lotion regularly, approximately every half hour. After a few hours you will notice improvements.
2. Yeast
Yeast has been already proven to help skin problems.
Mix 20 grams of yeast  with a small amount of milk until the mixture becomes like a sour cream. Apply this mask on the face, but after a while, remove it with the circular motion with warm water.
3. Fruits and Vegetables
Fruits and Vegetables jusices have an antiseptic effect when applied to a skin.
Mix the tablespoon powdered brewer’s yeast, half of a tablespoon of natural yoghurt then add a teaspoon of lemon, orange and carrot juices. Apply to the skin, leave for 15 minutes, then remove the mask with the cotton swabs.
4. Herbs
For those who prefer herbal medicine a mask of dried petals of chamomile, linden and elder is a way to go.
Mix all ingredients in equal proportions, fill the boiling water and keep for an hour. Then add a tablespoon of ground almonds, teaspoon of flour and 5 grams of honey. Mix it and do not let a mask to cool off. Put on the skin right away and leave it for about half an hour.
