7 Best Ways to Relieve Stress

How to cope with stress? Here are some simple ways.

Psychologists believe that to completely relax and cope with depression and stress you have to follow these tips to relieve your stress.

1. Turn off the devices

Unplug the phone, TV and walk away from the computer. Just go outside and spend a few minutes outdoors. Get a rest of the technology and enjoy nature.

2. Fitness

You do not have to work out for hours in the gym. Work out for at least 3 times per week for 30 minutes. If the gym is something you cannot make yourself go to, walk with the dog or play with the children in the yard.

3. Dancing

A great way to cope with stress is dancing. And it doesn’t matter whether you know how to dance or not, turn on a pleasant melody and dance for your pleasure.

4. Gardening

We know that gardening helps to forget about problems. If you have no garden, just start planting flowers. Flowering plants in the house is also a great way to raise your mood.

5. Aromatherapy

One of the most effective ways to overcome stress is aromatherapy. Take a bath and add to the water a few drops of mint or lavender. This procedure helps relax, improves mood and sleep.

6. Diary

Often stress makes us not able to concentrate on important matters. To get rid of the negative emotions, fears and anxiety, try to keep a diary. Each day, write down what you can not keep in memory, or your experiences during the day.

7. Laughter

Laughter increases the level of endorphins and reduces stress. Look at one of your favorite comedy shows or movies (alone or with friends).
