Grapefruit Diet

Rules:
Limit calories up to 800 a day, start each day with fresh grapefruit or with naturally squeezed grapefruit juice. Eat one grapefruit for lunch and dinner. In addition, you can eat meat, fish or chicken preferably boiled or stewed. Drink no more than one cup of coffee per day. Avoid snacks between meals.
What you can eat:
Lean meat, dairy products with reduced fat, fruit, spinach, broccoli, Bulgarian pepper.

Desserts, potatoes, salad with mayonnaise, bread, pasta, cheese, cereals, porridge, cabbage, celery, cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes
