Think flat stomach – the result of grueling workouts at the gym? Not at all. To have abs that you always dreamt of you must eat right and have less stress. So, what will help you achieve the ideal shape of your stomach?
1. Fatty foods. Is fat the worst enemy of your body? Not at all, at least, not all. So-called monounsaturated fats, nutritionists say, conversely, can help you get rid of excess fat in the abdominal area. A study conducted by experts at Yale University, showed that the monthly diet high in these fats is enough to help reduce up to one-third of the fatty tissue around the abdomen.

In addition, monounsaturated fats are considered as a preventive measure against heart disease, liver, diabetes, and breast and lung cancer. They are inlcuded in olive oil, nuts, avocados and dark chocolate.

2. Healthy bowel. You’ll be surprised, but the additional volume that is added to your stomach is air. In order to avoid its presence in your gut, follow a few simple rules.
  • Eat slowly and try not to open your mouth too wide. As long as you chew, the esophagus, along with food enters the air. In addition to bloating, this is followed by another unpleasant consequence – Belch.

  • Do not eat a lot of products that lead to gas formation: cabbage, beans, peppers, pears and citrus.

3. Dried bread. Bakery products have always been somewhat inconsistent with slender figure. And this is partly true: the bread from soft wheat varieties contains the most harmful to our waist carbohydrates. In addition, British dietitians claim that many manufacturers of bread add special preservative, allowing baking goods to remain soft longer. Naturally, this bread is easier to sell than stale bread, but it affects us in not the best way. One of the consequences – the same indigestion.

The good news is that you do not necessarily have to give up bread completely. Just buy special crackers (or make them yourself) or hard bread from durum wheat. Due to the fact that they are hard, but light, you can’t eat them as much as fresh pastries, and thus save on calories. Moreover, they provide lots of fiber, useful for your intestines and keeps your waist slim.


4. Meditation. Stress is one of the possible causes of obesity. When we feel nervous, our body produces the stress hormone cortisol, which stimulates hunger and especially – the craving for sugary and fatty. In addition, excessive cortisol serves a unique selection signal for our body, and means “it is time to accumulate some fat tummy. Thus our body is preparing for even more powerful shocks, when it may need a quick and easy access to supplies of energy. So try not to get nervous, drink tea with mint and meditate for 5-10 minutes a day.

5. Work-outs for … back. Try this: Lie on your stomach, bend your knees and lift body. Perform 3 sets 15 times each. Now straighten the legs and lie down straight. Raise both legs and body, pulling forward the hands. Repeat 10 times, 2 sets. Finally, the last thing: from a prone position on the stomach, lift the legs and hands, hold together in the form of a castle, and shook the belly. Perform 2 sets of 20 times. So you get not only a flat tummy, but a strong back, as well as strong back and fit buttocks.

    you shouldnt care about this kind of stuff. most people who just want to be skinny end up in the hospital. but if its an emergency, it would help to put down the reason.
