Hot Now:

Healing Bath

Sometimes when you feel exhausted after the day at work, school or any stressful situation throughout the day, hot bath is your savior.
Water should be quite hot, and the process short – no more than 10 minutes. During the procedure, massage places where there is muscle pain with your knuckles.

Add 8 bags of mint tea (menthol activates the blood and relieves pain in muscles)
1 cup sea salt (it helps remove muscle tension).

“Bath happiness” – Apple Scented Bath

Pour into a hot tub cider vinegar. Add foam or liquid soap into the water to have some bubbles.

Or try the shower gels with a fresh floral aroma that are “charged” with optimism

2 cups apple cider vinegar (it has a strong effect of invigorating and pleasant sweet smell, which is a real catalyst for good mood.)

Bath to cure cold

There is nothing better than a big cup of hot tea and warming baths.

Pour all ingredients with boiling water and let it brew. Half pour into a hot bath and a half – in a cup, add honey and drink.

3 tea bags of echinacea, 10 slices of fresh ginger or 2 tablespoons of dried ginger powder (in Chinese medicine it is believed that ginger helps to cope well with a cold), 1 large orange.
