“I haven’t done a bias-cut slip in years! But it felt time for something light and clean,” said Amy Smilovic, echoing similar sentiments expressed by other designers this week. And the Tibi’s collection was indeed a breath of fresh air, with strikingly simple spaghetti-strap blouses and dresses in solid colors accessorized only with nude sandals (no jewelry). To continue the 1990′s theme of her bias-cut dive into the archives, she offered buttonless silk jackets with matching shorts in sherbet hues.
