Spring Accessory: Pearl on a Girl – Always Classy

Diamonds are wonderful, emeralds are gorgeous, and who can say no to sapphires? Yet, the classiest piece of jewelry a woman can wear are her pearls. Pearls are refreshing, clean and go with everything. Pearls became popular a few years ago, not sure if it was the preppy look that upped the pearl anti or Blair Waldorf from the show Gossip Girl. Nowadays, pearls come in many different colors, shapes and sizes.

Pearls are not only a good look for the office but also look great with a black dress, jeans and a leather jacket. When not sure what kind of earrings to wear one can always count on pearls to complete the look. Just recently pink, purple and even very dark almost black pearls have made quite the impact on the fashion world. This season, chunky necklaces have all been laced with pearls of all kinds, and the same goes for pearls on shirts, shoes and barrettes.

Pearls can be worn throughout every season and have put an old fashion spin on today’s fashion. Women, teenagers, tweens and even children have all sported the girls in pearls look. For a new twist try colored pearl earrings or a headband embellished with pearls. Without a doubt, pearls are one of the indispensable accessories a girl can have in her jewelry box.
