9 Tips for Organic Detox Diet – The Menu for Two Weeks
It takes a while to complete this program but it will definitely train you not only how to eat, but live healthy life overall. Consuming natural products, having a proper diet leads to a good metabolism. This all leads to beauty and happiness.
1. First of all try to eat as much organic food as possible, espacially avoid eating food that is high in growth hormone, pesticides, preservatives and other synthetic components.
Nowadays, more and more stores offer organic products like Whole Foods.
2. Limit the use of animal protein (not more than 150 grams of eggs, fish, lean pair of meat, dairy products and hard varieties of cheese).
3. Give up sugar for 15 days, then reduce it’s consumption to once a week.
Forget about the “saturated” fatty acids: butter, palm oil, fatty meats.
4. Accustom yourself to unsaturated fatty acids (olive, flaxseed, canola oil, walnut oil, and pumpkin seeds oil).
Include green vegetables, seedlings, plants, fruits, almonds, rice milk, brown rice, corn in your diet.
Cook only with olive oil.
5. Cleaning the bowel wall (professional colon hydrotherapy procedure can replace the reception laxative (1 tbsp. Spoonful of magnesium chloride in a glass of water).
6. The supply of oxygen is very important as well. Try to devote 30 minutes a day to walking or jogging outdoors.
7. Treat yourself with a spa visit, drainage massage or shiatsu massage.
8. Don’t forget to drink a lot of pure spring water.
9. Give your body as much vitamins, minerals and amino acids by taking supplements.

Right after you wake up
✔ glass of warm water with freshly squeezed lemon juice
✔ Large glass of freshly squeezed juice
Breakfast
✔ Green tea with grated ginger and lemon
✔ A slice of wheat bread with grated almonds or avocado
At 10 AM
✔ Vitamin C (ascorbic acid)
Lunch
✔ soup from steamed vegetables
✔ brown rice and steamed vegetables with olive oil
At 4PM
✔ fruit salad
Dinner
✔ soup from steamed vegetables
✔ Fish (red or white) three times a week, white meat twice a week, two eggs a week, goat cheese or mozzarella cheese once a week (one dish of your choice)
✔ Steamed vegetables
