Detoxify Your Body in Three Days – Fast and Effective Diet Plan

We know, we know, it is always something that offsets the diets, but at least this one is fast.
Our body gets rid of accumulated toxins and waste load in three days. Get ready for very little (and only a light) meal and drink plenty of fluids.

What should be done:
Avoid carbohydrates, alcohol, meat, dairy products, cheese, butter, pastries, refined sugar, fried food, coffee, tea (except green) from your meal.
Try to limit on the salt and spices consumption.
Eat fresh fruits, vegetables, a little bit of white fish and tofu.
Emphasis should be made on the germinated seeds and seeds of wheat, parsley, leeks, watercress salad, flax, etc.

For breakfast, eat Starchy food and vegetarian food for dinner – protein and vegetables.
Start each meal with fruit, to avoid fermentation in the stomach.
Chewing methodically for a long time, remembering that the process of digestion begins in the mouth.
Massage the abdomen in a clockwise direction for 5 minutes in an hour after eating.
Breathe with your stomach, inhaling through the nose and exhale through the mouth for 3-5 minutes several times a day to build circulation and saturate the body with oxygen.
Rest each day. The mandatory afternoon nap should not last more than 20 minutes, so as not to provoke insomnia.

Below is the Menu for three days.

Breakfast
✔ Freshly squeezed juice of carrots and apples
✔ Cup of decaffeinated coffee or a cup of green tea

Lunch

✔ An apple or an orange
✔ Garden Salad (with no dressing)
✔ Brown rice or buckwheat with vegetable broth

Afternoon snack

✔ A handful of walnuts or hazelnuts

Dinner

✔ 200 grams of vegetables grilled or steamed
✔ 50 g of tofu or 100g of grilled white fish

Drinks

Mineral water with apple vinegar (3 tbsp. Tablespoons per liter). Sip throughout the day, alternating with the decoction of dandelion. Freshly squeezed juices from fruits and vegetables.

Of course it is not that easy to make yourself stop eating that crispy chicken with french fries, but trust me it is all worth it.
