Kelly Osbourne shows off her new figure after losing 69 pounds.
She admits that when she started exercising she couldn’t do one sit-up but after a week of exercising she got better. Now she works out every day and even though it’s not very much fun, she misses it when she doesn’t do it and feels great after the work-out.
Definitely her work has paid off, Kelly looks great.
“Working out is not fun, I’m not going to lie and say it is. I sweat my arse off and I’m miserable for the hour I’m doing it but when I’m done, I feel amazing. There’s no quick fix and it does take a long time. It drives you mad when you see someone eating chips when you can’t have any, but it’s so worth it.”
